Security deposit
On the day of rental you will be required to provide a holding deposit of € 300. It will be refunded after returning the boat in same conditions as it was given. If payment is made by credit card, this amount will be blocked for 2 days as a pre-authorization, if it is in cash it will be returned immediately. Please note that the bank can take several days to “unfreeze” the pre-authorization, hence a CASH payment is always a quicker option.

Contract
The rental agreement must be signed at Marina Piccola office.
The contract will only be in Italian, an English version is available to view on site or a digital version can be sent by email.
Methods of payment and taking over of the boat
E-Boats can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people (approx. 500 kg, 5 adults and 2 children).
It is necessary to be at the rental point half an hour before the departure time.
You must bring a valid identity document with you.
It is necessary to strictly attend at the time chosen during the booking phase, which includes 30 minutes of preparation for the tour.
Any delays due to late arrival, do not give the right to an extension of the agreed return time.
In the event that the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, the entire fee will be refunded.

The User may unilaterally withdraw from the reservation made at any time,
with the application of a variable penalty in relation to the timing of withdrawal, as indicated below:

25% of the amount due of the gross amounts due, in case of cancellation within 31 days of departure;
50% of the amount due of the gross amounts due, in case of cancellation between 30 and 15 days before departure;
75% of the amount due of the gross amounts due, in case of cancellation between 15 and 7 days before departure;
100% of the amount due of the gross amounts due, in the event of cancellation received after the 7-day deadline or no-show by the User
or of each person indicated in the booking at the place and time set for departure.

The timing of withdrawal refers to working days, with the exception of the day of the withdrawal and the day of departure.
The withdrawal will be considered validly completed only if made in writing and communicated by email with proof of receipt,
registered mail with return receipt or certified e-mail.

B) Failure to provide the Services – Withdrawal of E-boats Sardinia
In the event that E-boats Sardinia is no longer able to provide the Services booked due to unavailability of seats, there may be –
cumulatively or alternatively – the following assumptions:
1) an alternative experience will be offered to the User, with a value equal to or greater than that purchased by the customer, at no additional cost,
even on a different date;
2) an alternative experience, of a lower value, will be offered to the User, even on a different date,
with cash compensation of the difference compared to the sum already paid by the customer within 14 days;
3) 100% of the price paid by the customer will be refunded to the User.
In order to allow E-boats Sardinia to propose alternative travel solutions referred to in numbers 1) and 2) above,
the User must make a specific request to E-boats Sardinia by sending an email to info@e-boatsardinia.com,
with indication of the reservation number. Within 10 days E-boats Sardinia will propose to the User one of the solutions
indicated above by sending a specific email message containing a description of the service offered.
Acceptance must be communicated by the User by replying to the aforementioned email.
In case of non-acceptance by the User within 48 hours, E-boats Sardinia will refund the entire amount paid
by the User referred to in number 3) above.

C) Withdrawal due to force majeure – Refunds for unfinished experience for reasons not attributable to either the User or E-boats Sardinia.
In this case, the User will have the right to take advantage of the solutions provided for in point B) above, under the conditions described therein.
In such cases, E-boats Sardinia will in any case be exempt from paying any sum as compensation, indemnity, reimbursement or
any other title, except for the reimbursement of the amounts already paid by the User, when the non-execution or incorrect execution of the contract and
Services concern one or more of the following hypotheses:

causes of force majeure (bad weather, natural disasters, objective impossibility of navigation, terrorist events, etc.);
failure to reach the minimum number of participants (if this clause is included in the General Conditions of Sale).

In all cases governed by this article, the application of the provisions of art. 47 of
“Code of state legislation on tourism organization and market” (so-called “Tourism Code), attached to Legislative Decree 23/05/2011, n. 79,
as applicable to the specific case.
